This method can be used to examine corneal edema, small corneal bubbles, corneal epithelial exfoliation, corneal ulcer healing scar, anterior capsule wrinkles, posterior capsule reflection or color reflection.

4. diaphragm adjustment method

Blue filters are usually used for fluorescence observation, and green filters are used to observe blood vessels.
